MTB course – Intermediate


Participants should be able to complete a lap of Tampines Trails with confidence alone.

  • How to start off the bike for the first race.
  • Basic pacing strategies for the first race.
  • How to use heart rate and power training for the first race.
  • How to improve downhill skill.
  • How to improve uphill skill.
  • How to balance in single track.
  • How to receive feeding in the feed zone.


Duration : 150 minutes

Course Venue : usually Tampines Mountain Bike Park or Ketam Mountain Bike Park
