Please note that alcohol may be served the event. As such, participants may be asked to stop the race if he/she is under the influence of alcohol, which may endanger his/her own safety and the safety of other Participants.

There will be a mandatory race and medical briefing on Friday 26th Feb 2009.

Any participant who does not attend that briefing shall be deemed to have read and understood the rules and regulations.

While you should be physically fit and not be advised not to take part in our event, if you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, pls write to us and we will inform our race doctor.
