Additional rules pertaining to national championship for time trials :

  • As this event is run in line with UCI/SACA rulings to determine Singapore National Champion for 2011, UCI rules, pertaining to equipment list, disallowed sleeveless jersey, non standard bikes and equipments for such races.
  • Bike Check will be performed by Commissaire before rider take the start (about 5-10mins before the race slot), riders and bike may not exit the zone after the check.
  • UCI frame geometry and restrictions like aerobars length, saddle length, 3:1 surface ratio and bike minimum weight will be strictly implemented for Championship competitors. In the event of the bike fail the bike check, you will be allowed to race in the championship category, allow the rights to win the race but will be stripped of the chance to be the national champion. Please refer to 'UCI Rule Book' for more details.
  • Wheels will not be restricted to UCI certified wheelset, rear disc wheels and tri spoke wheels will be allowed.
  • The 6.8kg weight limit in the UCI Regulations says that "The weight of the bicycle cannot be less than 6.8 kilograms"

 

Additional rules pertaining to national road mass start championship :

  • Participants who drop off the pace of the main peloton might be asked to leave the race course. 
  • Race Briefing is compulsory for all riders, the briefing will be held a day before the race together with the race kit collection
  • As this event is run in line with UCI/SACA rulings to determine Singapore National Champion for 2011, UCI rules, pertaining to equipment list, disallowed sleeveless jersey, aerobars, non standard bikes and equipments for such races.
  • Order of Race Convoy and Pack Route will be strictly enforced. No unauthorized vehicle on the race course. Click here to see a diagram of the Order of Race Convoy
  • In all road events, juniors shall be restricted to a maximum gear such that the distance covered per crank revolution is 7.93 metres. Note : These gear restrictions apply to riders in all event irrespective of the gearing used by riders from other categories in the same event.



Participants shall be deemed to have read and understood the rules and regulations upon registering for the race.

f you are physically unwell or unfit , we would advise you not to participate in our events.
If you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, please write to us and we will inform our race director.


Team Tentage & Advertising Materials

  • Team tentage should only be placed in the designated area.
  • Display of any banners or advertising material should only be confined within each individual tentage.
  • Unauthorized distribution of promotional material paid or unpaid is not allowed.
  • Teams and riders are responsible for the cleaniness of the surrounding, please asked for waste bags from our crew.
