Participant shall be deemed to have read and understood the rules and regulations upon registering for the race.
If you are physically unwell or unfit , we would advise you not to participate in our events.
If you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, please write to us and we will inform our race director.
Information on the Seatpost Tags/Speed Tags/ Body Tags
Tag Heuer scoring system will be used as the main timing system.
Upon signing in at race secretariat area, the following will be given to the racer:
a)
Seat Post Tag Follow the instruction available at race secretariat on how to place the seat post tag.
For racers who are competing the following day and using the same bike, you may leave the seat post tag on for better identification.
b)
Speed Tag (Timing Device)
Follow the instruction available at race secretariat on how to place the Speed Tag on your helmet.
For racer who will are competing the following day with the same helmet, please
do not remove the Speed Tag on the helmet after your race. You will be required to use it for Mass Start Point Race.
Racers who do not have their Speed Tag placed on their helmets will not have their time registered.
Mass Start Point RaceUpon signing in at race secretariat area, the following will be given to the racer:
a) Body Tag
The new number issued for this race will be used as your season number for this year. Please take good care of your body tag. Should you require a replacement of your body tag for future races, you may inform the organiser via email
1 week before the race.
b)
Speed Tag (Timing Device)
Follow the instruction available at race secretariat on how to place the Speed Tag on helmet. For racer who have raced the Time Trial, you are required to reuse the Speed Tag given the day before.
Speed Tags will only be given to racers who did not compete in the Time Trial, unless there's a swap of helmet for the two days (time trials helmet the previous day, normal road racing helmet on Points Race).
